This privacy policy is only binding in English.

1. The Privacy Policy defines the rules of processing and protecting the personal data of the Clients of the Website available at www.lingintelligence.com

2. We reserve the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. Everyone using the Website is bound by the current Privacy Policy. No changes will affect the basic rule: personal and address data of the users of our course are protected and will never be sold or made available to third parties.

3. You always have the right to change your data or to delete it from our database. If you don't accept the terms included in our Privacy Policy, we ask you not to visit our website, not to register and not to provide any personal data.

4. The Service Provider processes the personal data in accordance with the articles of the commonly ruling Polish law and follows the rules of protecting the Clients' privacy as specified in the Private Data Protection Act.

Personal data

While using the website, you might be asked to provide us with some of your data by filling out a form, or in some other way. In most cases the data you will be asked for are your name and e-mail address. Specific cases will require providing more detailed data necessary to perform the service ordered.

Refusal to provide the data will result in blocking the action the data was related to.

By that definition we mean information and data related to the course (such as: reports, supporting materials, discount information) as well as non-commercial messages.

,,Cookie” files are digital data, mostly text files, saved on the users' end devices in order to provide the proper usage of a website. Those files are responsible for recognizing the user's device and proper displaying of websites adapted to their individual preferences. ,,Cookies” contain info on the name of the website they're from, the time of being stored on a particular end device, and also a unique number.

What are ,,cookie” files used for?

,,Cookie” files are used for adjusting a website's content to the user's individual preferences and for optimizing the use of the website. They are also used to create anonymous, agregated statistical data that helps understand the way the users use websites which makes it possible for us to improve their structure and content, excluding personal identification of a user. ,,Cookie” files help us determine which of the partners we owe a partnership commission, they are also used for remarketing purposes by incorporating Google AdWords (which works by showing our ads to people who have already visited our website).

The service provider's "Cookies"

The Service Provider uses Cookies type files in order to gather information related to using the Website by the Client. Cookies type files let the Service Provider:

  • maintain a Client's session (after logging in), so that the Client doesn't have to enter their Login and Password on each subpage of the Website,
  • adjusting and optimizing the Website to the Clients' needs,
  • creating pageview statistics for the Website's subpages,
  • personalizing marketing messages,
  • provide safety and reliability of the Website's functioning.

The Website uses session Cookies, which get deleted after closing the browser window, as well as stored Cookies, saved for a period of time on the devices the Client uses to connect to the Website.

Do „cookies” files contain personal data

Personal data collected with „cookie” files is only gathered in order to perform specific tasks for the benefit of the user. This data is encrypted in a way that makes it unavailable to third parties.

Deleting „cookie” files

Every standard software used for browsing web pages by default allows to save „cookie” files on a particular end device. Those settings can be changed to automatically block using „cookie” files in the web browser's settings menu, or the user can choose to be notified every time they are sent to their device. Limiting the use of „cookie” files may have negative results on some of the functionalities available on the website.
